Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for our Services will be outlined in the applicable SOW or proposal. Unless otherwise stated:

• Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance.
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI Solutions Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to AI Solutions Guru in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
